At Digiteducator, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where a student may need to request a refund.

This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for our online courses and programs.

Refundable Situations:

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any of our courses or programs if:

    • The course description or curriculum significantly misrepresents the content offered.
    • There is a technical issue with the platform that prevents you from accessing the course materials.
    • You experience a documented medical condition that prevents you from completing the course. (May require a doctor's note)

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Changes of mind or deciding the course is not what you expected.
    • Difficulty completing the coursework due to lack of time or personal reasons.
    • Technical issues on your own device or internet connection that prevent access.
    • Refunds requested after the 14 day period.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us at admissions@digiteducator.com within the timeframe specified above. You will need to provide your name, the course you purchased, and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase within 10-15 business days.
